  • Fee for out of pocket services: $175 / hr

  • Insurance fees (co-pay) vary by plan- full list below, for EAP benefits, call your HR dept. for more details

  • For co-pay, the amount of this fee is on the face of your insurance card. This payment can be made via HSA, credit card or cash. Please call your insurance and get that amount and know what your responsible portion is prior to session.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Mastercard, Square, Visa, Health Spending Accounts (FSA,HSA), Zelle

  • 24 hr Cancellation fee . If you don't cancel within this guidelines you will be charged a full session fee of $175.

  • Energetic Coaching session (modalities—BBSH and SRT) fee $175 fee
