“Self-Knowledge is a commodity”
I work with couples and individual seeking life change. I also host conversations with men about masculinity, in an ongoing men’s group.
My Ph.D. research is focused on the correlation between epigenetics, ancestral knowledge and family therapy.
My theoretical style is a blend of systems theory, CBT, depth psychology, IMAGO therapy, intergenerational trauma theories and positive psychology. In the tradition of depth psychology, which incorporates the German forefathers of psychology— Carl Jung and Sigmund Freud— and how these theories matriculate in social, religious, cultural, and mythical aesthetics. Personally, I have integrated this psychological knowledge into my love and respect for indigenous cultures that have and continue to educate me as a therapist. Hellinger Systemic Constellation work is very present in my clinical methodology as well.
As part of my work with couples, I use both Imago Relationship Therapy:
This approach is grounded in communication and the power of dialogue—what is a dialogical process. In session, partners are guided to move beyond reactive patterns and instead engage in intentional dialogue, where each person listens deeply, mirrors back what they hear, and validates the other’s experience. This creates a safe container for vulnerability, empathy, and repair.
Imago Relationship Therapy is a form of couples counseling developed by Harville Hendrix and Helen LaKelly Hunt. It integrates psychological theories of attachment, childhood development, and communication to help partners understand how early experiences shape adult relationships. The central technique is the Imago Dialogue, a structured conversation where one partner speaks while the other mirrors, validates, and empathizes. This process fosters safety, reduces defensiveness, and builds deeper emotional connection.

My ideal client is someone who is open to self-exploration, willing to be honest, and ready to actively participate in the therapeutic process. Therapy is most effective when clients are willing to look beyond the surface, examine patterns that may no longer serve them, and take meaningful steps toward change.
I work well with clients who are seeking more than just validation—they are looking for insight, growth, and practical tools to improve their lives and relationships. This may include individuals who are navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, men's issues, relationship concerns, or the impact of intergenerational trauma. I also enjoy working with couples who are committed to improving communication, rebuilding trust, and creating a healthier connection.
My approach to therapy is both compassionate and authentic. I believe healing happens through genuine connection, and I bring warmth, humor, and a sense of playfulness into the therapeutic space when appropriate. At the same time, I am not afraid to be direct, challenge perspectives, and push clients beyond the places where they may feel stuck.
My goal is never to challenge from a place of ego or judgment, but to bring awareness to patterns, behaviors, and beliefs that may be limiting growth. Drawing from my clinical experience and observations, I will help shine a light on areas that may need deeper exploration and encourage honest reflection. Therapy is a collaborative process, and my role is to support you while also helping you confront the things that may be standing in the way of meaningful change.
