  • For co-pay, the amount of this fee is on the face of your insurance card. This payment can be made via HSA, credit card or cash. Please call your insuracne and get that amount and know what your responsible portion is prior to session.

  • 24 hr Cancellation fee . If you don't cancel within this guideline you will be charged a full session fee of $175.
